Before two intercultural teams start working with each other a basic groundwork need to be done by HR/ Cultural officer wherein both the teams are given some initial info about the culture,working style etc so that initial hiccups do not occur. Widely ignored fact. Its left on the individuals how they develop their rapport.Tho most of the individuals have picked up their own formulae to solve this, but formal effort from HR team will be of great help. |
